Each day a Combat Medic spends an hour in preparation where they fully replenish their Standard Medic Pack.

Combat Lifesaver Bag

Boon: A Combat Lifesaver Bag is a standard issue design available at most Militant or Charity Faction locations. While a character has this Boon, the Bag consumes their Carryall Loadout Equipment Slot.

Phantom Item

As a Phantom Item, the Combat Lifesaver Bad does not have durability, it still weighs 3 Load and can be set down, lost, or stolen. The Boon allows for the creation of a new Combat Lifesaver Bag when they activate Replenish Combat Lifesaver Bag. Doing so destroys their previous Combat Lifesaver Bag and all its contents.

Replenish Combat Lifesaver Bag

Routine Craft: 1 Routine Path

Over the course of an hour, you fully replenish your Combat Lifesaver Bag to its Maximum Stock. Each Medic Item comes with a Combat Lifesaver Bag Stock Maximum which determines the total number of the item the Standard Medic Pack may hold.

This Craft Requires 1 Full Hour to complete, and may not be performed as part of a Repose of a lesser amount of time.

Notes:

It is assumed all the materials and equipment required to replenish the pack are available, if necessary these items may be improvised details.

Medic’s Soothing Patches

Combat Lifesaver Bag Max Stock: 5

Activation

Administer Celerity: 2 Action Slots
Untrained Administration: 4 Action Slots
Self Take: 3 Action Slots
Reach: 1 Tile

Effect

A Soothing Patch prevents the Subject’s Bleeding Counters and Hemorrhaging Counters from dealing damage to them the next time they enter Dormancy.

Once a Soothing Patch has prevented this damage, the Bleeding Counters and Hemorrhaging Counters count down as normal and the Soothing Patch is removed.

Note: Soothing Patches are made out of small strips of cloth or even a leaf found on a tree. A leaf found on a tree with Replenish will never be harmful.

Flavor Notes & Mechanical Option

While this is considered a Craft Effect. Items part of a Standard Medic Pack do not have a shelf life as they are considered a part of the boon.

If the Player requests, the items in the pack may instead be Mystical in nature, where they are casting spells instead of administering the items.

If you choose this adjustment to flavor, you may no longer hand out your Medic items for other players to Self Take or have them perform Untrained Administration.

Administering the items this way is considered Mystical. This removes the need for the Combat Lifesaver Bag and frees up the Carryall Loadout Equipment Slot but makes any action or effect which influences Mystical Actions and Effects apply.

Your Maximum Stock does not change.
