Ahn Tallah
Of all of the militant factions, the Ahn Tallah are the most vicious and brutal. They are said to only be present in places where the Guillin Vor have made a new decree. They ensure the people, often through absolute fear, know the new laws. They sweep the streets and give out writs of the new laws, and nearly beat to death any who fail to fall into accordance. It is often after an incident with Ahn Tallah that the people refer to the emperor as a tyrant.

It is said the first Ahn Tallah is a love child between the emperor himself and a half dragon woman. It isn’t true, but the rumor prevails. The Ahn Tallah were native to Ager Ethe. Protected by the emperor when the wars came, and given place near the pinnacle of authority.

Those who have been broken will no longer break order.
Sphere of Influence
Anywhere they are assigned. Ahn Tallah are not a permanent presence, but it is not uncommon for them to be involved anywhere within the empire a dozen times over the average lifetime of a Sapiens.
Reputation
They are brutal, but they are fair. If their writs and the laws of the emperor go obeyed. They will cause no harm.
