Tyth Pier Association
Tyth Pier Association is a taxation system where all the cities projects are on a list. To get them funded, people must pledge their taxes to individual projects. Tyth Pier is one of the most limited Unions, but their presence is becoming more prolific across Ager Ethe.

This simple system was built after the hanging of Tyth Pier, who had stolen taxes to fund a lavish lifestyle. His people still needed those services and projects he promised, and they took their required taxes, and decided to let them all decide how those taxes were applied to city projects.
Ideology
We must pay our taxes, and we must spend them on the agreed upon projects. Not every project will get funded, but what is most important to the community as a whole will always make the pay.

The association is among the most transparent models of city governance in all of the empire.
Leadership
Tyth Pier’s leaders are project managers for the cities. They cover the basics such as utility, infrastructure, and public places. They work hard to make sure there are enough projects which need to be funded as their is taxes to better their places. Leftovers are returned to tax payers.
Membership
The Tyth Pier Association has reached nearly a dozen cities and the number of project managers has reached nearly a thousand.
