Continuity

This entry includes a Continuity Action or Effect.

Continuity actions and effects change the current state of things based on an interaction in the past. They account for moments where the player wasn’t the driver for the character.

Some continuity conflicts are possible when using these actions and effects, but we do try to design them in a way where they have limited impact on current events.

There are other continuity effects which change things on a massive scale. Activating these effects tend to have massive restrictions on them or dire consequences. These actions and effects should be discussed with your Story Guide and table before activation.

The Developer

If you stumbled here by accident, that’s all gravy. We use these pages in our archives as templates, style guides, reference content, and reusable assets. I’m also getting to write the FAQ, which is fun.
