Insignificant Damage

It didn’t even hurt?

When you take damage to your Vitality of the specified kind and if it is less than the Insignificant Damage Threshold, the Injury Card is discarded.

If damage of the specified kind on an Injury Card is reduced below the Insignificant Damage Threshold, the Injury Card is discarded.

This doesn’t prevent the damage from going through the normal process of Mitigation.

The action which caused it may have delt significant damage to your Body Armor, Shield, or other Mitigation.

Insignificant Damage does not reduce damage taken by any value.

If the damage exceeds the Insignificant Damage threshold, all the damage is still applied as normal.

Sources which grant an Insignificant Damage Threshold do not stack.

Only the highest Insignificant Damage Threshold applies.

The Developer

If you stumbled here by accident, that’s all gravy. We use these pages in our archives as templates, style guides, reference content, and reusable assets. I’m also getting to write the FAQ, which is fun.
