This entry includes a Proactive & Triggered Action.
Proactive & Triggered Actions may be activated without the Triggering Condition during your Active Phase.
Outside your Active Phase, the Action is treated like a Triggered Action.
Triggered Actions may be activated any time their trigger happens provided all other requirements are met.
These Actions are resolved immediately, before continuing to resolver the Trigger.
If multiple Triggered Actions happen simultaneously, resolve them in the order which they were called.
