The Saiken Dress Hoop is a Hoop Earring Piercing Accessory which when activated let’s you swap your currently worn Outfit with another. It may only be activated if equipped.

Effect

You may store one Outfit in your Saiken Dress Hoop.
When Activated, change your currently worn Outfit with the stored Outfit.
Items will move between available pockets of each Outfit.
If you do not have enough pockets, items you choose which don’t fit will drop to the ground.
Items may be caught at the cost of 1 Movement per Pocket’s worth of items.
