Activation
Celerity: 1 Action Slot, up to 13 Action Slots
Effect: You place your Action Slots into reserve then end your Active Phase. All of these Action Slots may be used at any point during the current Full Round to activate any Action or Effect which is a Trigger or Response Action, and any Action Riders applicable to those actions.
Notes: This effect may not be used to change your position in the Active Phase Cycle.
Action Slots in reserve may not be used to activate Actions or Effects which require the character to be in Active Phase.
Any unused Action Slots in reserve are discarded at the end of the last character’s Active Phase in the Full Round.
