Psyche
Root Effect • Action • Stress Management
All parts of the mind are connected, our Emotional, Mental, and Spiritual centers are all one in the same, though entirely different. Each of these centers are capable of regulating each other. The differing portions of our mentality form a structure in the practice of wholeness of the Psyche.
Activation
Celerity: 1 Full Round
Effect: Redistribute all accumulated stress from Emotional Stress, Mental Stress, and Spiritual Stress across the three different endurances.
You may move any amount of accumulated stress in these categories in any way you choose among the three.
Note: Outside of an active engagement, you may do this at any point. Each hour during relaxation or during an extended rest remove three points of accumulated stress from any of the three in stead of removing 1 point from each.
This Action can not be used to move stress in a way where it would cause a Stress Collapse.

Minimum Level: 1
Story Guide’s Notes: During playtesting this action we ran in to some trouble with the usage of Psyche, so I’ll add examples for clarity.
John has accumulated 4 Emotional Stress, 1 Mental Stress, and 3 Spiritual Stress.
He activates Psyche to move the points around, removing 1 Emotional Stress and 1 Spiritual Stress and then applies them to his Mental Stress.
This reduces his Emotional Stress to 3, increases his Mental Stress to 3, and brings his Spiritual Stress down to 2.
Alternatively, he can move all of the accumulated stress to Spiritual Stress. Reducing Emotional Stress by 4 and Mental Stress by 1 then applying those to Spiritual Stress.
This reduces his Emotional Stress to 0, his Mental Stress to 0, and increases his Spiritual Stress to 8.
