  1. While Glutted no active beneficial effects of Nourishment will be applied.

  2. Detrimental Effects from all sources of Nourishment will still apply.

  3. Their remaining durations will still continue to tick down as normal.

  4. At any point where the number of sources of Nourishment is reduced to 1, the effects will apply as normal.
