If you choose Plan as your Initialization Effect, all players at the table may move their characters, provided they are capable of movement, up to 5 Tiles.
This movement may still cause Action Triggers and Responses from Traps and Units.
Plan may only be activated once per Initialization, even if multiple characters are capable of it.
