All Minima believes everyone should have shelter, clean food and water. Of the big three charities they help with housing development and placement. Providing domiciles for those who cant afford it. Housing which goes into vacancy is filled by All Minima.

As cities began getting established, All Minima was founded to help refugees and migrants find housing opportunities. During the wars of Renisans the loss of life was fairly extreme, leaving millions of homes vacant. During the late Renisans land vacancy survey, All Minima took on all of the lots and cleaned them up, upgraded them to standards, and worked towards housing anyone in need.
Ideology
Any who need a lot to homestead should be allowed the opportunity to do so.

All Minima is extremely vocal about the need to preserve, develop, and maintain housing.
Reputation
To the people All Minima is both a savior and a monster of housing ownership. As a corporation, All Minima never lets go of the rights of the housing they provide and as a machine buy up any lot they can that goes empty, while they do not charge anything, they are still funded. They have never kicked anyone off their properties, and renew life leases as generations pass.
