Their systems are loved because they bring those less fortunate and advantaged out of poverty through education and sometimes job placement.
Conspiracy says they are used to keep the different systems locked into a certain way of life due to the available materials and teachers supplied to an area.
In many circles the truth is known that Altera Enrina as a faction policy does not violate any of local laws on education, and the issue lay with authorities trying to control the flow of technology itself through highly edited and moderated curriculum.
Many teachers of Altera Enrina have been found guilty and locked up or even executed for disobeying curriculum laws.
Important Figures
Alter Rina herself was said to be the first and only true love of the emperor. She wanted to bring everyone the ability to improve their situations and improve life. Between establishing Nutricia Conglomerate and Altera Enrina, the woman has gone on to be a saint, and even worshiped as a deity.
Her death is still mourned by the people of the empire when they learn her story, and grasp what she did for the world around them.
