Limn Arma began as a small group of patrols in Arendon during the turnover of power between the Arendon family and the Trade Commission when the city guard was dismantled. They had no authority but reported anything they saw to the DoSC. They expanded quickly to cover the city in patrols, and eventually advanced their watch but do not interfere to a country wide surveillance state.

Limn Arma has little influence but their recordings are available to those with proper authorization.
Reputation
Limn Arma has a reputation of being invasive of privacy. There are also rumors and conspiracies of them actually being a deadly clandestine operation of enforcement headed by Carbrite Armaments.
Leadership
Vatt Erit is well known in the media as having been a previous Limn Arma analyst and his exposed finances shows he is still on their payroll under a “Retirement Package.” His show on military technologies is considered being the closest thing to illegal advertisement as weaponry, but he and his producers have made several public statements the show is simply a passion for things that go boom.
Membership
Limn Arma’s public employee roster lists in the tens of thousands but offers no information about their actual job titles.
Faction Correlations
Any faction with enough coin to throw around uses Limn Arma’s systems to target ads and gather information of various kinds.
