Panrike Diligence
The Panrike is a Totalitarian and Fascist Nationalist Military force. Within their own country they have absolute authority. Their only export is military personnel. They do not care about social differences or political topics. They have a presence in nearly every city. Their job is to enforce the laws of those local governing bodies. In previous conflicts, they have been on both sides of wars many times. They do not care if they have to fight each other, only that their nation’s dictator and their people ultimately profits on the mercenary forces they provide.

The Panrike Diligence was a mercenary force who ended up so massive they built a nation. Their initial country was chaotic, but the sheer power of the upper echelon eventually brought their country to total control.
Ideology
We enforce the law of the land.
Sphere of Influence
The Panrike is non political. Where they are writ as guardians they are granted the authorities of the local governance. Their members are taught the law of the land they serve for two years as squires, then they are promoted to patrol captains. If a patrol captain is moved from one place to another, they start out again as a squire for reconditioning.
Reputation
The reputation of the Panrike varies by each set of laws they are charged with enforcing. In places of tyranny they are hated, and in places close to utopia they are loved.
Leadership
The Panrike Family is among one of the most militarily defended states in the world. Their entire country is in military service even though this is split between services in organizations or otherwise. Every child from the age of 3 to the day they die, they are considered Panrike Diligents.
Membership
The population of Panrike, including all foreign contracts is approximately 82 Million, making them the largest military on Cirrus Ethereal.
Faction Correlations
It is said the Guillin Vor actually conquered Panrike in y.0, making their entire country the emperor’s personal military. Other factions hire them often because of their quick adaptation to local laws and strict adherence to them.
