Divinity, Legend, & Spirituality

Idols • Legends of the Old Worlds • Origin Deities • Ulmfae Spirits

The road is paved with good intentions. Most of these legends, these deities, and these spirits are not inherently aligned or addressed as good or evil. They each have their bailiwick. Divine conflicts are usually driven by the believers and not the beings themselves, though, there are exceptions.

The Divine Hierarchy follows authorization levels, with the base elements the foundation for all which is, the aspects for all which could be, and then the personas of collective divine traits. Time blurs the weight of those who came before, all in stories passed down embellished by the energy of the storyteller. Those who gather among each other in the belief of teachings of the individual idols form community through the structures of those teachings, and the morality of the stories passed down through generations.

“Incredible power is associated with the name sake of deities, legends, and spirits.”
— Owen Dast, Historian of Altera Enrina
