The Damage Application Process.


Physical Damage

The Mitigation Value on Body Armor is the amount of Physical Damage the armor absorbs.

The damage to the Armor’s Durability is equal to the damage up to the Mitigation Value.

Damage exceeding the Body Armor Mitigation value is applied to the Character’s Vitality.


Elemental Damage

Elemental Damage deals with the acceleration or deceleration of Heat.

Armor Mitigation does not apply to Elemental Damage.

Elemental Damage is reduced by Elemental Resistance.


Cardinal Damage

Cardinal Damage deals with intense amounts of energy.

Armor Mitigation does not apply to Cardinal Damage.

Cardinal Damage is reduced by Cardinal Resistance.
